Returns & Refunds

POLICY

Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if the product meets the following criteria:

 

  • The hair/foils are unopened, in the original packaging.

  • You have a receipt to show proof of purchase.

 

All returns will be sent back to us to inspect the product. If the product has been opened or used, it will be sent back to the customer & a refund will not be processed.

If your item meets the criteria listed above, complete the following steps to make a return.

- Fill out the form below

- Once the form is approved, a shipping label will be emailed to you.

- Print the shipping label & attach it to the package & give to a UPS facility.

- We will process a refund as soon as we receive the package.
